Chef Andrea Palma
From Naples, and having worked in various international kitchens that have enriched his technique and culinary vision, chef Andrea Palma offers a completely artisanal cuisine, true to his roots and to Italian tradition. Every dish reflects his experience and passion, with pasta made by hand daily, dough prepared using traditional methods, and recipes that evoke the authentic flavours of Italy.
With over 10 years’ experience, Andrea and his team pay attention to every detail, from the selection of ingredients to the final presentation, offering a warm and personalised experience. All this in a welcoming atmosphere, designed to make every guest feel at home and enjoy a true gastronomic journey to the heart of Italy.
